Branch Number 191 of the Vespa Club of Britain

North West London VC

The was the first branch of VCB (North West London) Number 1 club and was formed in May 1952 by the late Bill Bond. Bill lived in the Watford area. We deduce that the club may have met in Hertfordshire but are not sure. We are investigating the history of this club and would like to hear from anyone who can assist.
