Hemel Hempstead Vespa Club

Branch No 104 was named the Ten Four Club, hence the design of the badge. Started around the same time as Hitchin club no. 105. From local knowledge it is understood that the club eventually merged with the other Hemel Scooter Club the ''Cherokees' some time in the early 60's. Eventually the 'Cherokees' closed but in the past year has informally re-formed as a local Hemel Hempstead scooter meet. Any more information about Vespa Club 104 would be appreciated.
